By downloading, installing, or interacting with GoDo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately delete the application from your device and cease using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
GoDo Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") supplies the GoDo application and related web systems subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of updated term edits.
2. User Accounts
To use cross-platform sync, you must sign in with Apple, Google, or an email-and-password account. You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials. Notify us immediately at yosif.m2017@gmail.com if you detect unauthorized access or a security breach on your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse or compromise our application interfaces or natural language understanding endpoints. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to query our backend servers.
- Transmitting files containing viruses, Trojans, or destructive code.
- Using voice commands to input harassing, threatening, or illegal contents.
- Circumventing or modifying license keys or subscription controls.
4. Subscription Terms
Certain advanced metrics and coaching features are restricted to GoDo Pro accounts:
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price and billing interval unless canceled through your store account before the next renewal.
- Trials and Introductory Offers: If you are eligible for an offer, the paywall displays its duration and the full recurring price charged after the offer. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google.
- Payment Processing: Transactions are handled by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Terms, pricing, and tax parameters are subject to the rules of those stores.
- Cancellations: You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription inside the app, or through your device system settings (Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions). Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google and must be requested through their support systems.
5. Intellectual Property
The GoDo brand, application code, visual user interfaces, graphics, icons, logotypes, database structures, and copywriting are the exclusive property of GoDo Inc. and are protected by international trademark, copyright, and patent systems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the app on personal devices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
GoDo is offered "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that voice transcription will be 100% accurate, that the software will run uninterrupted, or that tasks and schedules will never experience database sync delays. You are solely responsible for ensuring your tasks and alerts are correctly maintained.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDo Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to run the application, including lost data, streak resets, missed reminders, or device failures.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and wipe your database files at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms of Service or engaged in abusive backend queries.
